In The Footsteps of Alexandder The Great

In The Footsteps of Alexandder The Great

Tutored by Aristotle, there is no doubt that Alexander The Great was an inspiring leader and a very brave soldier. His military genius is undisputed. As a king, commander, politician and explorer, he created an empire that stretched across three continents and founded 70 cities across the territories he conquered.

He crossed the straights of Dardanelles in the spring of 334 BC with his armies, starting his military expedition, which is possibly the greatest in history. We have designed this special tour which follows in the footsteps of Alexander the Great through Asia Minor to explore the most fascinating and best-preserved ancient sites and parts of Turkey. From legendary Troy to Ephesus; from Halicarnassus to Issus River, you will be stunned with the richness and diversity of the places he conquered in Asia minor and leave Turkey with a different perspective.
